Before you think about investing, we recommend you visit the
property and get an estimate of the closing cost of the
property from an Attorney that has been appointed by the
Mexican government as a Notario Publico. The Notario Publico
prepares the deed, makes sure the property has no
encumbrances or liens, creates with the bank of your choice
a bank trust necessary for foreign purchasers, files
registration permits for the closing. In addition, I
recommend that you use a U.S. escrow company when you buy
Mexico Beach Front Real Estate unless you are purchasing
from a well-established developer in a new construction
